Terms This project was created for a volunteer organization. Our development team was faced with an interesting task: we had to create an algorithm that could automate the process of taking a course for students.
STAGES OF THE PROJECT CREATION BY .K.I.S.S. Software SPECIALISTS
Gathering general information about the educational platform, discussing client requirements, necessary functionality and specifics.
Development of cross-checking logic: logic rollback. Implementation of logic.
Based on the analytical information, we create a technical task and determine the necessary project components (list of courses, class schedule, course descriptions).
If necessary, at the request of the client, we create an application for a mobile device.
DONE
A team of specialists created a unique algorithm that automated the entire process from the moment the first task was opened to receiving a certificate of completion.
We also divided the algorithm into 2 elements:
Element 1 - when a student does not check their work for a long time, the course sheriff receives a notification and has to check this work personally.
Element 2 - if for some reason the sheriff is unable to check the work, a notification is sent to the administrator.
The admin panel is designed in such a way that you can see every stage:
- Job-status
- Make edits
- Change the location
We implemented a multilingual platform and created a separate application for mobile devices.
The final product that the customer received was a high-quality educational platform. The process of completing a training course takes 2 days, and the time to obtain a certificate has been reduced to 1-2 weeks from 3-6 months. Thus, the human factor in operations was virtually reduced to zero.
