Rethinking blockchain

Yolllo is an innovative project that uses blockchain technology to create a distributed transactional payment protocol. The protocol is based on segmented states architecture and uses a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. Unlike many blockchain networks that require specialized hardware and significant power consumption, the Yolllo blockchain network is designed to run smoothly on ordinary computers.


Our team was tasked with creating a highly efficient and scalable blockchain platform with integrated tokenization features. The client envisioned a platform capable of processing transactions at high speed and potentially scalable up to 100,000 transactions per second. In addition, the platform had to include a staking mechanism, token burning, transfer, and other functions. A key requirement was the ability to run the platform on standard computers, thereby lowering barriers to entry and contributing to a more inclusive ecosystem.



The development team built the blockchain network from scratch, adding advanced features to meet the client's high demands.

First, the team developed a robust blockchain, including:

  • A proprietary token
  • Staking mechanism
  • A mechanism for reducing the staking ratio
  • Token burning
  • Transfer functions and others

The staking mechanism is crucial for transaction verification and network security. At the same time, we implemented a method of reducing the staking ratio and burning tokens. This allowed us to ensure optimal network operation and improve scalability.

In addition, token recording and transfer functions were integrated into the network. These functions play an important role in managing token supply and maintaining a healthy economy on the blockchain. Specifically, the network supports three types of tokens (FT, SFT, NFT), each with its unique use case and value, all built directly into the protocol.

At the time of launch, the platform's performance was 15,000 transactions per second and the blockchain's lock time was only 6 seconds. This is a significant achievement compared to many existing platforms, providing an efficient environment for users.

To achieve the required transaction speed and scalability, the team implemented sharding. This technology allows for high-performance data exchange and transaction processing. Thus, Yolllo's capacity can grow with the number of computers connected to the network, reaching more than 100,000 transactions per second, while maintaining a high level of decentralization.

The team has implemented a Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. This is unlike the energy-intensive Proof of Work used in such networks. PoS ensures the security and integrity of the network while being more environmentally friendly and allowing it to run on ordinary computers.


As a result, the client received a high-performance, scalable, and decentralized blockchain platform that supports a wide range of applications. The platform is designed to meet the needs of businesses and individuals looking for a safe and secure way to conduct transactions.
